By accessing or using OrienFrame ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

OrienFrame is an AI-powered portrait studio that transforms user-uploaded photos into East Asian art styles using generative AI models. The Service is provided by an independent developer, governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

By uploading photos, you represent that you have the right to use those photos and that they do not violate any third-party rights.

We do not claim copyright over your photos or the AI-generated portraits. You retain all rights to photos you upload.

For generated portraits, OrienFrame grants you a license to use the output:

• Personal-use license (Free, Credit Pack S) — for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Commercial-use license (Pro, Pro+) — for commercial purposes including social media content, merchandise, promotional materials, and client work.

These licenses are perpetual — they continue even after your subscription ends.

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Generate sexually explicit, harassing, hateful, or violent content
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Generate deceptive content intended to impersonate or defraud
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
• Resell access to the Service without authorization

OrienFrame, the OrienFrame logo, the website design, and all original content are the intellectual property of the Service operator. The AI model (wan-2.7-image-pro) is an open-weight model hosted by Replicate.

Portraits generated by OrienFrame are created by artificial intelligence. Results may vary. We make no guarantees about the specific appearance, quality, or suitability of generated portraits. AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions. We use license-based language (not ownership claims) to describe your rights to generated content.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. See our Refund Policy for details. Prices are displayed exclusive of tax. Taxes may apply at checkout where required.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrienFrame is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your photos and generated portraits will be deleted according to our standard retention schedule.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware.
