Privacy Policy

When you use OrienFrame, we collect:

• Photos you upload — stored temporarily to generate your portrait. Retention periods are plan-based: Free/Credit — 30 minutes; Pro — 3 days; Pro+ — 7 days. Deletion is automated via Cloudflare R2 Lifecycle Rules and a scheduled Worker.
• Account information — if you create an account: email address, name (if provided via OAuth), and subscription tier.
• Payment information — processed by PayPal and Creem. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers.
• Usage data — anonymized analytics including page views, generation events, and style selections, collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics and Umami. No personal identifiers are included.

• To generate your East Asian art portraits via the Replicate API
• To manage your account, subscription, and credits
• To improve our service through anonymized usage analytics
• To communicate service updates, billing information, and support responses

Your uploaded photos are:

• Processed by Replicate (US-based servers) using the wan-2.7-image-pro model. Replicate's Terms of Service (§5.2) prohibit using API inputs for model training.
• Stored on Cloudflare R2 with automated deletion enforced by Object Lifecycle Rules based on your plan tier.
• Never used to train AI models. Not by us, not by Replicate.
• Never sold, shared, or licensed to third parties.

We use minimal cookies:

• Essential cookies — for authentication sessions (if you create an account) and cookie consent preferences.
• Analytics cookies — Cloudflare Web Analytics (privacy-first, no personal data) and Umami (self-hosted, anonymized).
• We do not use third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking.

We share data only with the following service providers, and only as necessary to operate the service:

• Replicate — AI model hosting (photo processing)
• Cloudflare — Infrastructure (storage, compute, analytics)
• PayPal / Creem — Payment processing
• Resend — Transactional email delivery

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)

OrienFrame is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We will notify users of material changes via email (if you have an account) and by updating this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
