Refund Policy

Monthly Plans

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide partial-month refunds for monthly plans.

Annual Plans

Annual plan subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided fewer than 20 generations have been used on the account. After 30 days or 20 generations (whichever comes first), annual plans are non-refundable.

Credit Packs

Credit Pack purchases are non-refundable. Credit Pack credits never expire — they remain available until used. If your account is terminated for a Terms of Service violation, unused credits are forfeited.

Failed Generations

If a generation fails (due to timeout, service error, content rejection, or network issues), the credit is NOT consumed. Our system uses idempotency keys to ensure credits are only deducted on successful generation completion. You can verify your credit balance on every error screen.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@orientalaesthetics.net with your account email and the reason for your refund request. We respond within 2 business days. Refunds are processed through the original payment method (PayPal or Creem).

Service Quality

We do not offer refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction with generation quality. AI-generated portraits vary in appearance. We provide 1 free generation daily so you can evaluate the service quality before purchasing. If you encounter consistent quality issues, contact us — we may offer account credit at our discretion.
