Acceptable Use Policy

OrienFrame is an AI-powered East Asian art portrait studio. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what content you may and may not generate using our Service. By using OrienFrame, you agree to this policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

The following content is strictly prohibited on OrienFrame:

• NSFW content — any sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive material
• Sexually explicit content — nudity, sexual acts, or pornographic imagery of any kind
• Sexually suggestive content — suggestive poses, partial nudity, or content intended to arouse
• Harmful content — content that promotes violence, harassment, hate speech, self-harm, or illegal activity
• Illegal content — content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Child exploitation — any content involving minors in inappropriate contexts (zero tolerance; reported to authorities)
• Deepfakes & face manipulation — face-swapping, impersonation, or deceptive manipulation of likeness without consent
• Infringing content — content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others
• Deceptive content — content intended to defraud, mislead, or impersonate individuals or organizations
• Non-consensual intimate content — any intimate or sexualized depiction of a person without their explicit consent, including AI-generated imagery
• Copyright infringement — content that infringes on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights where you lack the necessary rights or licenses
• Evasion of moderation — attempts to bypass, disable, or circumvent content safety controls, including prompt obfuscation, encoding tricks, or prompt injection attacks

All uploaded images are screened for content safety before processing. All generation prompts are screened through Creem's Moderation API before reaching our AI models. Prompts or images flagged as unsafe are blocked automatically — no model call is made and no credits are consumed. We may also review generated content to ensure compliance with this policy.

You are solely responsible for the photos you upload and the content you generate. OrienFrame provides style transformation of user-provided photos — you must have the right to use any photo you upload and must not attempt to generate prohibited content.

We reserve the right to:

• Block any generation attempt that violates this policy
• Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate this policy
• Report illegal content to appropriate authorities
• Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
